Our Fees - Sales Commission

Until 31st Dec 2007 we will sell your property for FREE - 0% commision for the first 30 properties registered so give me a call on 01242 227876 and ask for Chris HORNERS or ring my Mobile 0781 2094842

After the 31st Dec 2007 As an sole agents our sales commission is only 0.5% + vat of the completed sales price with a minimum charge of £1000 + vat

note:for our 0% commission we will not supply our usual high gloss printed material or floor plans.

A copy of our Terms Of Business will be supplied to you at our valuation of your property or you may request an electronic copy via email: valuation@hornersproperty.co.uk

Valuation

During the valuation process we will discuss the potential and benefits of your property so we can sell your property more effectively to prospective buyers during your property's open day viewings. We will also give you market data of property recently sold in your arrear to assist our pricing of your property. Research has shown that you are more likely to sell your house in the first few weeks if you price you house in-line with the market rates.

Open House Viewing Days (weekends only)

Open house viewings provide an opportunity for the seller to prepare and show their home in its best light. It also give us a opportunity to generate a positive atmosphere to sell your property to the buyer. By restricting the viewing days to special promotional open days we can focus the buyers attention to place a firm offer, thus selling your property efficiently and at the best price for you the seller.
Closing Offer Date
We ask the potential buyers to put in their formal offer (to include supporting documentation that they are proceedable) to our offices before the closing date, which will be the following Wednesday 5:30pm...(closing the deal!!!)
